The exterior 3D model and its base textures are now complete. We’re currently working on adding liveries, which will introduce more variation and final visual detail to the model.

The main 2D model has now been completed, marking a solid milestone in development. We’ve begun moving into the texturing phase, where the visuals are starting to come together and bring more life and detail to the asset.

The SEPECAT Jaguar in DCS is receiving a comprehensive, high-fidelity systems simulation, bringing every switch, gauge, and subsystem to life. Our goal is to faithfully replicate the aircraft’s complex avionics, weapons, and onboard systems, giving pilots an authentic experience from cockpit startup to mission completion. Key features include: Avionics and Cockpit Systems: Fully functional radar, navigation, and targeting systems, with realistic behavior and interactions. Weapons and Ordnance Management: Accurate deployment, arming, and release procedures for the Jaguar’s full complement of bombs, rockets, and missiles. Engine and Fuel Systems: Detailed monitoring and management of engines, fuel flow, and emergency procedures. Electrical and Hydraulic Systems: Realistic operation, including failures and dependencies, reflecting the real-world complexity of the Jaguar. Environmental Controls and Cockpit Interaction: Functional cockpit controls, realistic feedback, and immersive lighting effects. Our systems simulation ensures that every mission is not only about flying but also about mastering the Jaguar’s operational intricacies. From pre-flight checks to in-mission management, every pilot will feel the authenticity of this iconic strike aircraft.

Work has officially begun on the External Flight Model (EFM) for the SEPECAT Jaguar in DCS. This is a major step in our commitment to delivering an authentic and immersive flight experience. The EFM is designed to capture the true performance and handling characteristics of this iconic ground-attack aircraft, providing a realistic simulation of its aerodynamics, engine response, and flight dynamics.
